Honey and soy drumettes with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Mini beef burgundy pie
Handmade vegetarian Saigon style rolls with hoisin dipping sauce
Sugar cane prawns with chilli lime dipping sauce
Mini Moroccan Lamb burger with hummus mixed greens & roasted capsicum
Bacon potato and shallot pastry wheels
Fillet of beef encroute with sauce béarnaise
Nut crusted garlic chicken fillets with pesto mayo

All dipping sauces, napkins, paper plates and cooking instructions will be provided for you.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place food in oven for approx 15 minutes
Don’t heat too much food at once
Make sure you spread the food throughout the evening.

Roasted grained fed fillets of beef, cooked medium rare and sliced and served with sauce béarnaise.
Smoked Salmon served on a bed of rocket with fresh limes and dil.
Crispy roasted potatoes, pumpkin and kumara.
